If the orders are shipped by standard shipping way and the weight is over 2 kg, we will separate the order to more than one package.

After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 business days to process your order. It may be delayed during weekends and holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

If the package is returned or destroyed due to reasons on the buyer’s side, such as providing a wrong address or being unable to contact the customer, the buyer is required to bear the loss.
